1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 sm pkg vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c sherry or port wine
3/4 c oil
1 Tb nutmeg |
Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool a few minutes before flipping over bundt cake. while still warm sprinkle powdered sugar on top. |
