1/2 c shallots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tb butter
2 Tb flour
1/2 c dry white wine
1 c bottled clam juice
1 10-ounce can whole baby clams (including the juice)
1/4 c minced fresh parsley
2 tsp fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp dried
S&P
1/2 pd linguine

Cook linguine
Sauté shallots and garlic in butter, add flour, stir 1minute. Add the wine, and remaining ingredients. simmer for 5 minutes.
