1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper (I only use red though) sauted
1-2 limes squeezed
garlic 3-4 cloves.
1 can broth of some sort
2 cans of diced tomatoes |
simmer at least 15 minutes
garnish with cilantro, or whatever...sour cream, cheese, tortillas. |
