I am new to cooking with lentils, but wanted to give them a try. I recently purchased a bag of lentils using half of the bag for a Moroccan soup, which I loved. But what to do with the other half. My husband isn’t a big fan of the lentils so I needed to find a dish that would be really good and maybe convert him. I found this on The Food Network everyone who reviewed it gave it a great review. So I thought I would give it a go.
Dinner was a hit, I would definetly make this one again.

I am Italian so my family has had there share of delicious, wonderful excellent spaghetti sauce. Of course with no real recipe to be handed down, a pinch of this and a pinch of that and add something a little different every time depending on what is in the kitchen. They are great cooks!
I on the other hand really need a recipe that says 1/2 teaspoon and not a pinch of this. Sure I change my recipes all the time sometimes they turn out sometimes not so good. But I wanted a recipe for pasta that would be good every time, and I found it! In the Rosine’s cook book.

We have a gas grill that came with the rotisserie attached. When you pull out the grill to put the rotisserie in is a great time to get those hands greasy and clean out the inside of the grill… You will need one of those foil disposable pans to put under the turkey to catch any dripping. I usually fill my about half way full of water. Once you have everything clean and ready it is time to get the turkey.
Rinse off the turkey and pat it dry add some salt and pepper to it, other seasonings if you wish. Then get the turkey nice and tight on the rotisserie itself. If your legs and wings are dangling a bit go ahead and get 2 pieces of wire and clean them with soap and water. Tie one around the legs and one around the wings to keep them nice and tight.
