1 head cauliflower
3 Tb. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 cloves garlic, finely minced |
Preheat oven to 400* Separate the cauliflower into florets, then cut each floret into 1/2" slices. Drizzle olive oil over a large baking sheet or jelly roll pan. place cauliflower on pan and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
With your hands, toss the cauliflower in the oil and seasonings to coat.
Roast at 400* for 35-40 minutes until cauliflower is light golden brown around the edges.
