Review: Barbequing sounded good, but you just can’t barbeque all year. So I baked it in the oven at 450* for the first 15 minutes and then 350* for the rest of the time. I cooked it on a rack with no cover. Since I didn’t have a lemon in the house I used 1 tsp of lemon juice instead and it turned out to be a mouth watering dish. I will definitely make this one again.
