  Chocolate Fudge

1 can pet milk
4.5 cups sugar
2 – 6 oz nestles chocolate chips
3 squares bitter chocolate or 1 lb. block chocolate
1/2 lb margarine or butter
1 – 8 oz jar marshmallow whip
2 cups chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix the condensed milk and sugar until you get a rolling boil for 6 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and keep cooking
Stir briskly till consistency is smooth, glossy and pourable
Your arms will get really tired stirring this but the more you stir the better. Have an extra set of hands in the kitchen to take turns stirring the fudge.
Let it set overnight.
After cutting up separate layers with waxed paper. Keep covered to keep it from getting really hard.
