3 cans of fire roasted tomatoes
1 white onion
8-10 roasted jalapeno peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
juice of 1 lemon

I used the basics of Tricia’s recipe and altered it a bit.

4 diced roma tomatoes into a large bowl
1 bunch of cilantro diced up. I omitted the stems
5 cloves of garlic dice
2 cans of the fire roasted tomatoes
1 white onion diced up
6 jalepeno peppers. I roasted them on the tortilla griddle till they were soft when I poked them with a fork. I cut both ends off the pepper and then diced them up

1 squirted some lemon juice in
I sprinkled on some lemon pepper
I sprinkled in some garlic salt.


It is delicious. And nicely spicy. In fact fairly spicy.
Basically it is the same recipe as Tricias but I didn’t want it so liquidy. (I wonder if that is a word)
