2 ripe avocados
Juice of 2 small limes (I used just 1/2 tsp)
1 medium tomato, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds left in, minced (If the avocados are small I use 1/2 a jalapeno)
10 sprigs fresh cilantro
1 tsp sea salt |
Mix everything, rest at room temperature for 10-20 minutes |
