2 cup flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk free, soy-free margarine, softened
1/4 cup shortening (Spectrum - Organic all vegetable shortening, non- hydrogenated)
3/4 cup sugar
6 Tb. canned pumpkin, packed
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, Baking Powder and salt
Combine margarine and fluff mix in pumpkin and flour mixture.
Chill 8 hours
Bake 350*
Lightly greased pan
Roll dough 1/4 thick and bake for 8 minutes.
