2 c. olive oil
4 c. beef base
1 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. Parmesan
1/2 c. Worcestershire
2 Tb onion powder
2 Tb garlic powder
1 Tb oregano
1 Tb thyme
1/2 Tb pepper
1 Tb salt |
Mix marinade.
Cut flank steak, thin slices at an angle. Marinate approximately 24 hours. |
