7-8 whole garlic (lightly hit with side of knife to break open)
24 ounces tom paste (2 medium size cans)
87 ounces tom sauce (3 large size cans)
water (depending on how thick you like it)
bay leaf (crack in half)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. majoram
1 tsp. garlic salt with parsley
1/2 TB sugar |
Saute garlic whole in oil
add paste and stir
add tom sauce and water
add seasonings
simmer half a day |
