  Dried Apples

  Difficulty: Easy

How every many apples will fit in your drier. For mine it’s 4 – 5.
1 c honey
2 c water
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
Optional some other spice: I often use cayenne, ginger, cloves, or
curry.
Combine honey, water and spices.
Slice apples and place in marinade for 15 – 20 minutes. The longer they
marinade the more of the spice flavor they have.

Place in drier until they are how you like them. I like them crispy, so
I
do mine for about 24 hours.
