18 oz. package frozen, fully cooked Italian seasoned meatballs (about 35)
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1-2 cups spinach
14 oz. can ready-to-serve beef broth
14.5 oz. can italian style diced tomatoes
2 cups water
1 small can tomato sauce
1/3 cup uncooked small shell pasta
Shredded parmesan cheese to put on soup when serving (optional) |
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil and simmer about 15 min. or until pasta is tender.
Add cumin, chile powder and sugar to your taste.
Note: you can put it in the crock pot all day on low. |
