Review: This is an excellent hearty soup. I doubled the beef stock and stewed tomatoes since it didn't cover the meat.
For the tomatoes I used one can stewed tomatoes and one can diced tomatoes with jalapenos. I only put 1/2 Tablespoon of Salt and Pepper. As for the vegetables I used can corn and diced everything else. Soup freezes great!
