  Fried Tofu

1 block firm or extra firm tofu
3 Tb nutritional yeast
2 Tb flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tb olive oil
I never gave tofu much thought before... Never would have ordered it, but with this new way of life I am finding I like a lot of things I never gave a second thought. Tofu is one of them and fried tofu is dreamy!

Slice tofu into 1/2 inch cubes

Use a ziplock bag or bowl to mix all the dry ingredients and then toss with your cubed tofu.

Heat large pan with the olive oil and saute over medium heat for about 4-6 minutes, make sure to turn them. Wait until they are a crispy golden brown!
