1 box stove top cornmeal stuffing
1 can cove oysters (not smoked) + juice
Celery
onions
butter
poultry seasonings
Turkey Stock
to make turkey stock take gibblets, neck, heart (not liver) Fat from turkey S&P simmer until tender(might take couple hours)
Use meat in gravy and take the stock for the stuffing.
Be sure stuffing is cold if you are going to stuff turkey with it.

Saute Celery and onions in 1/2 cup butter add
cornmeal and and any extra bread
