1 lb. fresh asparagus
1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh dill, finely minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In small serving bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice and dill, as well as half the salt and pepper.
Lightly season the asparagus with the remaining salt and pepper. Either grill them for 3-4 minutes. Or steam them until tender-crisp. To serve, place a 1 Tb. of the lemon butter on each serving of asparagus. |
