  Lemon Pepper Salmon

1 salmon fillet
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons soy sauce
lemon pepper to taste
1 tsp. brown sugar
Preheat the oven broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Place salmon skin side down on the baking sheet. (*be sure to line pan with foil before you put the salmon on it!)

Mix the melted butter and soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl, and brush over the salmon. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper.

Bake at 400* for about 10 minutes then finish it by broiling for a few minutes. (time varies depending on thickness)
