4 red potatoes thin slices
4 garlic cloves, thin slices
First thin slice your potatoes and garlic and put into a bowl, add a little olive oil to coat then add your seasonings, toss.
Take a piece of foil and lay it out on the counter put the potatoes right in the middle of the foil. Arrange them so they are laying flat there will be a lot of them so they will be stacked, but in order to cook evenly you don�t want one big pile spread them out a bit. Wrap up tight; add another piece of foil to make sure no juices get out.
