2 Tb. white vinegar
2 Tb. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 green onions, minced
3 Tb. oil
6 cups fresh spinach, torn
2 cups Chinese cabbage. shredded
2 tsp. toasted sesame seed |
Blend Vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, & ginger together. Stir in onion & oil. Add spinach, cabbage, & sesame seed, toss lightly. |
