1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. rice
lemon wedges to garnish
Cut out core of cabbage and boil until leaves are easy to pull off. Put leaves aside, save water.
Mix the rest of the ingredients by hand. Put small amount of mixture into stalk end of leaf and roll up. Layer bottom of pot with flat leaves. Put rolls as well as a little of the reserved water in pot and cook for 1 1/2 hours on simmer. (make sure your pot doesn't run out of water. You can also bake at 350* for same amount of time.
