  Pepper Sirlion Steak (basting sauce)

1-2 1/2 pd. Sirloin steak (any cut of meat)
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, or 4 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 cup minced onions
2 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Melt butter over medium heat adding all the ingredients. Use as a basting sauce for your favorite choice cut of meat.
