  Beef Potato Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dhopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbl. chopped celery leaves
1 can condensed crm. mushroom soup - undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes - thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
In skillet, cook beef, onions, celery, and celery leaves over med. heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Remove from heat. Stir in soup, milk, Worcester, and pepper. Place halt the potatoes in greased 2 quart baking dies. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. alt. Top with half the beef mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 400* for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
