4 1/2 - 5lb Pork shoulder with bone
water
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp crushed coriander
2 med onions (chopped)
2 carrots |
Place the pork in a deep pan, put enough water in the pot to just cover the pork. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover pan and simmer gently for 2 1/2 hours. Lift meat from stock (stock can be used for soup) and place in baking pan. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes to an hour. |
