  Dad's ribs

1 jar barbecue sauce
1/2 head garlic minced
1 TB. garlic salt with coarse parsley
1 Tb Italian seasonings
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle corona

If you don't have barbecue sauce
1 jar ketchup
1 Tb. mustard
1 Tb. maple syrup
rest is the same
seasone ribs with pepper and onion salt

Turn grill to high and wait until it is hot around 400*

Add ribs then immediately turn down to as low as thermometer goes should run between 250* and 300*

grill for 2 1/2 - 3 hours during the last 1/2 hour start putting sauce on it.

(last time with grandpa 300* 2 hours 10 minutes)
go a little longer if grill is at a lower temperature.
