  Pork Thai Burritos

1 pd cooked pork
1 Tb grated ginger root
1 chopped garlic clove
1 small onion, diced
2 cups cole slaw mix with carrots
1 tsp sesame oil
3 Tb soy sauce
2 Tb. lime juice
1 Tb honey
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
4 large flour tortillas
Cook pork about 3-4 minutes. Add ginger, garlic, onion & cole slaw mix stir fry for 2 minutes until vegetables are wilted. Combine remaining ingredients with stir fry.
Spoon onto warm tortillas.
