  Green Chili Pork

3 pd. boneless pork, cubed
1 Tb. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 cup chicken broth
4 oz. can diced green chilies
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes (Mexican)
2 cloves garlic minced
S&P
Brown pork cubes in oil until beginning to turn brown. Add onions and cook until softened. Drain. Place in crock pot.

Add remaining ingredients and cook on low until pork is tender about 8 hours. (Or high 4-5 hours)

Serve over rice, or burritos, add canned beans or hominy to make stew.

Freezes well.
