1 big bunch broccoli
3 1/2 - 4 lbs chicken - boned, sliced (cooked)
some kind of cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can fried onions
Place broccoli in greased 9" x 13" pan. Cut chicken into large pieces and spread over broccoli. Put 1/8" slices of cheese over entire pan. Put water chestnuts over cheese. Mix soup and mayo and spread on top.
Bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Remove and cover with fried onions. Bake 15 more.
